The lady at the drive thru window at the Tim’s in the plaza with Harvey’s and Baskin Robins at Mapleview Drive in Barrie is AWESOME!! I have come here a couple times around 12 Noon on the weekdays and she is always there and very friendly!! Great service!!

Absolutely horrendous experience today in the morning, came in asking for a small coffee double double with espresso in a medium cup did not speak in a language other than English, the lady pretended that she had no idea what I'm saying and wanted me to speak more slower apparently.... The guy in front of me spoke more faster When the coffee was prepared it was given to me in a small cup to which I responded in a very polite way that Miss could you switch that to a medium cup as requested earlier, the ladies switched it from... read more
