The staff are unbelievable when it comes to customer service. always serving me, smiling and cracking jokes while making my drinks and food correctly. The business is always kept clean and well-maintained. Be it morning or evening, everyone working there is incredible, and I hope more people can recognize it.
I am sick of being ripped off at Tim Hortons. I buy a Latte every morning, I don't like regular coffees. At almost every store, the owners have latched on to a great money saving scam. Froth the heck out of the latte so that they don't have to put as much actual coffee in there. Because cups are wider at the top than the bottom the amount of coffee NOT there is exaggerated. We go there everyday..staff is amazing..always polite..
Very nice older lady serving coffee and food at 5am.. great service and communication..
