The place was clean and quiet. Best of all service was great and super polite and friendly.
I used to love this Branch a year ago, where the staff were great & attentive. After a year, I came back bringing my kids to get dinner after waiting for the orders. I found out inside the bag, half of our orders were wrong. I thought she understood all the orders coz she keeps asking me about the items we asked. ( I am sure she is an Indian descent because of her accent & I barely understood her English, I am guessing she also takes orders on Drive-Thru since she is wearing a Headset with/microphone.) Just want to give a shout out to the staff at this Tim’s location especially Kalpana! She makes my day but she really makes my dog Lexi’s day! Having a location that always has dog treats is just that little bit extra that is very appreciated! My London Fog is always perfect too!
I love the staff here. I loved their customer service. They are so sweet and friendly. I always loves to visit here everytime!
