This is the chicken wrap that I received. The food quality is really poor in this location.
The customer service was extremely poor. The Indian gentleman at the drive-through window displayed a very negative attitude, which made the customer feel uncomfortable. The customer has decided not to return. The incident occurred between 5 and 7 p.m.
I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. I have particularly been concerned about the behaviour of a new Indian employee who uses inappropriate language in front of children. I will not return to this establishment. When customers request another order, instead of apologizing, the employee responds with an attitude and uses profanity. If I were a manager, I would immediately remove this employee from the restaurant.
