Disgusting! Found hair in my breakfast wrap. Unable to make a complaint as the phone line appears to be down. I want a refund!! You just lost a customer. Never again!!!
I ordered from delivery and they said on the receipt they run out of timbits. They did not even call me for substitution or put a voucher/coupon. Instead they just put in the my iced capp. How am I supposed to get a refund. Cant even call.
At around 10:27 PM, I placed a mobile order at this location while returning home. My wife was driving and I was in the passenger seat. When we went through the drive-thru and mentioned it was a mobile order, things took a surprising turn.
