Me and my friends are very disappointed in the customer service and efficiency of this location. It takes over 10 minutes waiting in line, IF YOUR LUCKY and then another 5 to get anything simple. The staff are rude and aren't in any rush to serve the customers. The school has no other good food options and this is the worst Tim's I've ever been to. Its faster to drive to another one than go to the school one.
We were three friends went to have a some beverages but crew member was so rude she did not show the respect to us when i asked can for iced latte she said iced cap i said no then she replied you have ordered iced cap and i requested can scan my qr for tim points she replied rudely u dont need to ask scan it
Worst customer service doesn’t matter how many people are working yet slow
