they have terrible customer service
Customer service very poor. Someone teach them to make a warp properly and for a average busy Tim there shouldn't be that much waiting.
Honestly one of the worst Tim Hortons in town. It has gone SO downhill. Every time I ask for something on their menu, they don’t have it! Eggs, certain types of bagels, honey for your tea, and today they had no sandwiches or wraps! As a former fast food employee, I don’t blame the staff whatsoever. Management needs to fix this issue of always being out of items on the menu, and to stop removing stuff off of the menu such as four cheese bagels! Don’t waste your time coming here, you’ll be disappointed if you do.
I ordered 1 steep tea with 1/2 a shot if milk. I get in my car and drive down the highway and to my surprise it has a shot or more of cream in it. Wth!. Rude! Pay attention to your job.
