The girls who work in the drive through are extremely rude. Their headset must not work very well. We always seem to have to repeat the order a few times before they get it right. And if you try to correct them they get very defensive arguing with you on what you ordered ( my order hasn't changed in the last 20 years). Extremely poor customer service.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I received at this location. I asked for a refill on a medium ice Capp. That’s their terminology for using my own cup. I was told they couldn’t do that. I asked, then why does every other Tim Hortons location able to do it. She called for an older lady to help her.
