I have a mobile order of 3 med. caramel churro ice cap from this place. When I go inside the store, I checked the mobile app pick up counter. When I didn't see it on the counter which is usually ready by then, I was patiently waiting then one crew asked me, I told her I have a mobile order. She said that one lady is preparing it, it could be a trainee.
