I went to Tim Hortons on Huronia today and had a really nice experience at the drive-thru. Simran was at the window and she was very friendly and polite. I really liked the way she spoke with customers and always said “please” and “thank you.” She was patient, respectful, and had a really positive attitude. Small things like this make a big difference in customer service. Simran made my visit pleasant and definitely deserves some recognition. Great job, Simran! Keep it up! 😊
