Ordered 20 timbits and got 20. Unacceptable. Where's the Baker's dozen? The unspoken rule is that staff throw in a few extra for good luck and to show some respect to the customer.
In the spirit of fairness, I have updated my 1 star review to a 3 star rating. Since my last review, there seems to have been an effort to make improvements. The effort alone is worth a better rating. I'll even give ya some tips if you're looking for a 4th star. First rule of customer service. Acknowledge your customers even if you're busy. I just ordered chicken soup and was given beef, which I never eat. I became sick and vomited. Staff did not care and just said, “You need chicken? I’ll give you,” without any apology or concern. This is extremely unprofessional and dangerous.
Pleasant staff, excellent coffee and well made breakfast sandwich, not just tossed together
