Brutally slow inside, waited 10 minutes for a coffee and donut after ordering

Great Tim's relatable staff and good service would highly recommend
Why is the door locked at 10:30pm? There's no sign to say they are drive thru only at certain times. I wanted to use the bathroom and change my baby's diaper before ordering some tea for my drive home. Guess I have to go elsewhere.
