I visited the Duckworth Tim Hortons location in Barrie, Ontario today around 7:15 PM and had a very disappointing experience. One of the male staff members at the drive-thru, possibly a Gujarati guy without a name tag, spoke very rudely and told me not to play music in my car. His attitude and way of speaking to customers was unprofessional and disrespectful. If he does not know how to properly treat customers, then he should not be working in customer service. I order blackbeery protein milk quencher and what i got is extremely bad behavior of employee and half glass of that like it is waste of money
This coffee tastes horrible. I don’t think there is any coffee in it. Didn’t add any sugar at all. Not even a hint of sweetness. I’m not gonna order anything from this location any more. Total waste of money.
Dude it’s super annoying this is the 2nd time I’ll buy a turkey bacon sandwich combo per say and they will forget my hashbrown. It’s super annoying because it’s a hashbrown I don’t have time to come back and put myself back in line for another 15 mins just to correct your mistake. Next time I’m just going to full inspect my order at the window. If it takes an extra 2 mins to make sure I get my food then so be it everyone else behind is waiting too.
