This is the worst Tim Hortons location. Specially Drive-thru service is very slow. It takes about 10-12 minutes to serve the order. I just ordered a coffee and plain croissant and when I complained at the window, the employee said, there is a shortage of staff. And it happened to me, multiple times.
They are supper slow. They don’t know how to manage. Instore there were 6/7 people but 4/5 people were busy with the drive thru and the interesting part was there were only maybe 2/3 cars thats all. I left the place without buying things.and it happened with me 2/3 times and all of them happened in this time frame. Learn how to manage the store or leave it. Its not your job. I am talking about July 21,2025.( around TIME: 12:20pm)
