on April 16, 2026 my partner and i went to Tim Hortons to order coffee. we asked for his coffee to be made with oat milk due to him being lactose intolerant, and they instead proceeded to make his drink with regular cream instead. Very disappointing.
Washrooms were disgusting. Urine, blood and God knows what else all around the seats. No toilet paper in one washroom and toilet paper strewn all over in the second washroom. Dirty sinks.
Greedy! I ordered a hot chocolate with 1/4 French vanilla and they charged me for a French vanilla with 3/4 HC. It’s the same thing but decided to punch it in that way so they could charge me more. I don’t usually come here as my orders 95% wrong but now i’ll be coming here even less, thanks!
