This is for all you iced coffee lovers. To start, this establishment has a high turnover rate, with new staff members starting every week, many of whom do not understand how to make regular orders. Don't get me wrong, there are three regular employees who are consistent and do a great job. They know their regular customers by voice and make their orders correctly every time. Hot tea served in drive thru with lid not tight. Burnt my leg. Had to ask for napkins to clean up.

This location of Tim Hortons is hands-down my go-to spot! The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming, they truly take pride in what they do. They work hard, always get my order right, and make every visit a great experience. Sometimes, I’ll even stop by just to grab an iced coffee and say hi, even when I don’t really need anything. It’s that kind of positive vibe that keeps me coming back!
