I stood in line in the restaurant while a male employee behind the counter ignored the woman in front of me for a few minutes and then walked sooooooo slowly over to take her order in such a quiet bored voice, that he was hard to hear. Finally a girl appeared, who actually smiled! She was a joy. Also, such a poor selection of any baked goods at 6pm on a Sunday!

This is the cleanest and tidiest Timhortons I've ever seen in Toronto; even the restrooms were exceptionally clean.
Ever since the renovations have been done and the normal people who used to work there are gone, the service is completely garbage. 3 times now I have ordered and 3 times my order has been wrong. And I scan my app to get the savings, but because they didn't put my order in properly, I do not receive any of the discounts that I am supposed to get.
