The manager and her team make going in a pleasurable experience. They are always friendly, quick with a smile, and the service is just as fast.
Kayla (hope that’s her name) was extremely kind when I told her my French vanilla tasted very watered down. Unfortunately when Kayla tried to remake my drink it was again just watered down. But Kayla was so accommodating during a busy lunch rush, she stayed calm, she was able to help me, as well as, all the other customers with little help. And she did it all with a smile. she was on fire. She was able to ring in a different drink for me, I paid the difference and all was good.
