Kayla (hope that’s her name) was extremely kind when I told her my French vanilla tasted very watered down. Unfortunately when Kayla tried to remake my drink it was again just watered down. But Kayla was so accommodating during a busy lunch rush, she stayed calm, she was able to help me, as well as, all the other customers with little help. No excuse for any location not accepting scan to pay from the chain's own app! Digital gift cards are way more common than physical these days. If this location wants to make the ridiculous decision not to accept the Tim Hortons app (at app, you can't even earn points because they don't have the scanner) it should be posted clearly so people don't waste their time
