Is it that hard to smile nowadays while taking an order? Your staff member named "Princess" (who was taking orders at the till) had a look on her face of annoyance and disgust. If I greeted people like that at my job, I'd be fired! Customer service lacks at a high level at this location. Train your employees better! I felt like I was a nuisance just trying to order.....
