Wet friendly staff, my kids love going there and seeing all their favourite staff members. Customer service is great and friendly.
One of the best experiences I had with Tim Hortons. The server didn’t have one item for us, but she was able to accommodate with the other stuff that we purchased.
I honestly don't know why I go to Tims anymore. It hasn't been a good experience in ages and I genuinely cannot remember the last time I encountered a Tim Hortons employee that spoke fluent English.
I’m writing to formally file a complaint about the extremely poor customer service I experienced at your drive-thru on June 26th, 2025, at approximately 11:08 PM. I ordered a honey lemon tea and Timbits. When I reached the window, there were no greetings or basic courtesy.
