Mess up my order almost every day before work. Whether it be tim bits for the crew, bagels not being toasted, to not even having condiments and messed up coffee orders + forgotten items. Would recommend going to the one by the McDonald’s. Far less frequent messed up orders. And they generally fix the issues from the first tims. Finally had enough today after two bagels untoasted and messed up coffee for the third day in a row. Only reason for two stars is the staff is generally friendly even if the orders are messed up.
We attend Tim Hortons every day. 3 times in the last 2 weeks there has been significant issues with our orders. All 3 times at this location (720 River Road Wasaga Beach) One being the lid not fitting the cup properly resulting in it spilling down my entire front. Our orders are not complicated. Mostly just coffee and the odd traditional breakfast sandwich.
