The employees here do a great job, especially Jonavy and this Tims location service is excellent
Poor customer service and inconsistent drinks. Staff are quick, but often don’t pay attention to orders or charges. They also seem unfamiliar with the app’s deals, creating unnecessary inconvenience. Customers should double-check their orders and receipts to avoid being overcharged.
One of the WORST tim hortons on the service level!! We only drive through this one coz it's on our way most of the times but they keep messing up the orders EVERY TIME if it's not a simple coffee order! The guy taking drive through order wouldn't listen, delivers half the order, we had to drive n go back to get the rest of it when we checked in the bag. I always have a pleasant experience at this Tim’s location! The workers, especially Sheelah, are all so kind and enthusiastic. It’s always a joy to come back and receive amazing service alongside good coffee!
