I came in with a group of friends, every single one of our orders was made painfully slow, and incorrectly. One of my friends asked if they had an item, they confirmed, had her pay, then told her the item wasn’t on the menu, accused her of not paying at all, and wouldn’t refund her. They were rude and incompetent. This store needs a new staff. So disappointing.
Very upset my drink was too sweet to even drink but not a huge issue I thought. I asked the young lady at the till if she could add some water to it. I didn't complain and was very polite. I walked over to pick up my drink and i was in disbelief from what i had saw through the corner of my eye. She had used the dirty spoon water from a cup with utensils in it (after mixing drinks they throw spoons in to rinse residue of before mixing the next one) I was shocked. The staff that worked before was great but now the new staff is horrible. They are too rude including manager worst experience 🤮🤮
One star is only option otherwise it deserves - stars for customers services and in all other perspectives . Not only as a customer but also being previously a member of this team it was such a bad experience . When sam was manager it was perfect but as soon as he left things went worse only. Very un-appreciating management .
