Normally this location is fine, other than being very busy, but today the ice caps we ordered tasted very bitter in a way they do not normally taste. I’m not sure if the cream was expired or if the machine had cleaner left over, but they tasted very off. We had them remade at a different location as there would be no point in having the same machine remake it. Soo slow waited one coffee 20 minutes
I visited this Tim Hortons yesterday, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Tim Hortons. The store was very dirty and unhygienic. Shockingly, sanitizer buckets were placed right under the coffee machine nozzle — completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The staff seemed untrained, unprofessional, and very confused while taking orders. It felt like there was no proper management or standard of cleanliness in place. Update Sep 2025 (5 months later): had a wrap from here and it was terrible. Had a BELT and they forgot to add cheese. This TH location needs to be put on probation. It's a fairly new location, and I'm sure things will improve with time. That said I rarely see a supervisor or manager in the store, so I'm unsure if there is an attempt to improve the location.
