They take a business day to make one coffee and its hard to deal with them. They make my order wrong every time

This tim hortons is really unprofessional. The staff who is working here is very rude. I dont understand if they get frustrated in listening to the customer’s concern then why even they are working there. I dont understand punjabi and the staff there specially the sandwich girl started talking to me in punjabi. But when i told her not to speak with me in punjabi you can speak in English she started talking with me rudely. It’s really unprofessional.
She was pretty rude while orderning and she was yelling again and again philipino with glasses lil chubby
