First I ordered for my mom since she doesn’t know English and I have a soft voice and they couldn’t hear me so I made my voice louder and one of the staff member got angry and then they also mess up all my food I ordered another plain bagel and also a chocolate chunk cookie and they literally did not give to me 😡😡
