I live in Secord and I'm your neighbor. I gave you several chances and got coffee from your branch, but every time my drink was sooo cold. I told you a lot to make sure that my coffee is hot and every time you said it is machine operated and did nothing about it. How do other tim horton branches give hot coffee??!! I'll never get anything from you again because you don't care about your customers.
