Found bacon in my CLASSIC CHICKEN WRAP even though I ORDERED A CLASSIC CHICKEN WRAP which the guy taking my order MADE SURE I DIDNT WANT BACON!!!
Some of the slowest service of any fast food place I have ever been. They also consistently get my order wrong
Long wait times, but it’s tims so what am I supposed to do, just not have any Tim’s at all? That’s laughable.
I went there early today and had a terrible experience, the manager was extremely rude and refused to even let me get a word in when I would explain what was the issue with my order. When I went it I ordered a medium French vanilla with whip topping, and when I received it it had no whip topping and had coffee mixed in? When I asked for a new one, it looked like they didn’t even attempt to fix it. So I went back again and simply asked for a refund, and the manger refused.
