Extremely rude manager didn't even listen to my request and made faces when I asked to talk to him.. and the counter attendant even got my order wrong after repeating 3 times and that was not a difficult order, it was literally 1 coffee!!
Wait time is understandable and service is good.
The attendant didn’t know how to split a payment a between student card and debit and then proceeded to be upset with me when I asked to get refunded for the half of the payment as she couldn’t split up the payment and I had indicated multiple times that I needed to split my payment. Just rude; and I know that they are able to as they have done so before not even weeks prior. If I could rate this tim’s a zero from the numerous times they have been sold out of items not even an hour into the day I would.
I tried this tims 3 times last week never got my order correct. And the very last time there was a white girl in drive thru i asked her napkins she said its inside but i checked there was none when i asked her again and showed her there no tissues she felt offended and blamed me either that i took it out already and didn’t even said soory. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I ordered a chia tea with 2 sugar and they gave me hot sweet cream. To add I’m extremely allergic to milk so this not only completely waste of my money but she also didn't give me my receipt so I couldn’t do anything about it. How hard is it to put tea bags in water
