I ordered a black decaf coffee a while back right before my shift at work. There was this young lady working at the front named Francis or Frances and she did not have proper training. She barely smiled, extremely slow, glared at me, almost gave me the wrong kind of coffee, and did not even bother to inform me that they ran out of decaf or I had to wait for the decaf to finish brewing. Juicy
Placed a mobile order like I do 5 days a week. Today the service was so slow. No one was checking for food for mobile orders. Completely ignoring the growing line for food orders. Took10 minutes to get the attention of the one girl who kept going to the back for one or 2 items. When I got my bagel it was burnt and cold and no ti.e to go back to return it.
