I’m very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. I had to wait almost half an hour just to be served, and the staff didn’t seem to care about moving the line faster. On top of that, many of them are rude and dismissive. Even when I specifically asked for fresh tea, they did not provide it. What’s even more concerning is that some employees were working with their hair left open, which is definitely not allowed in food courts and is a serious hygiene issue. The staff seemed disinterested and more focused on their own conversations than on serving customers. Orders were prepared carelessly, and there was a general lack of attention to detail.
