We have the app for special offers but they charged us regular price and I said it's on the app they said lemon poppy seed muffin is a premium I said it's a muffin no one told us when we placed the order they didn't honor the offer they made us switch muffin like really very disgusting the way we were treated make the customer happy oh no plain bagel on blueberry muffin like never again over there. I ordered 10 tim bits with 3 tea and they give us only 8 and we just order chocolate glaced and they give old fashioned, totally disappointed .
Staff are majority friendly. For the most part they get my order right. Always out of food past 5pm which is bizarre. Whoever is in charge of food ordering needs to take a look at their forecasting. This isn’t a once in a while occurrence, it’s basically all the time and it’s not fair to the staff or the customers.
