L'employé Thomas crie sur ses collègues et ne les respectent pas du tout ! Il leur parle très mal en utilisant des mots pas polis. C'est inacceptable et ce n'est pas la première fois que je le remarque quand je viens à ce Tim Hortons. Il parle mal aux clients aussi. J'ai rarement vu un employé comme ça, c'est désagréable.
Super service par la gérante Josée ....très agréable :)
