I rarely have issues with Tim's, most are simple and easy, order is never more than 2-3 items. Ordered a wrap and asked if I could swap the sauce, cashier was adamant they only had the chipotle sauce and wouldn't check otherwise. Finally get my wraps and they're bacon instead of sausage with little to no sauce. Do I need to unwrap and check my wraps before leaving? Ridiculous.
Terrible food, lots of things not in stock, they treat the drive thru like first class and in house customers like 3 class. Often employees have no idea what they are doing and struggle to understand what you are ordering. Employees will display terrible food safety standards by touching face and hair with their hands.
Liz who works at the front counter is incredibly kind and makes the Tim Hortons experience fabulous!
Fabulous service, consistently. Kind servers, who even remember names. Quick good food! Shout out to Liz!
