Just used the rest room, had to wait for a stall, watched a young Tim Hortons employee finish using the toilet, and walk right passed the soap and sink and start to handle food and food utensils. Disgusting

As a paying frequent customer, I expect at least a little bit of respect. I work for a very well known company, that fully supports this location, but after Tuesday night, I think that will change. The attitude I received from the Filipino employee on this night and many other nights was atrocious. I usually come in around 1130-midnight..so it's a little busy. So why cant just one Tim Hortons get an order right? I said sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. I don't get the cheese? How about get the order right instead of speed in which you want to care about first? So tired of Tim's time to go to second cup or anywhere else.

This Tim Hortons is the closest one to my place of work, so it's a place I frequent when I need a quick bite to eat. Service has always been incredibly fast, but that speed comes at the expense of messing up your order frequently and rushing you if you take even a moment to put away your phone or cards. I asked for a specific cream cheese this morning, noticed it was the wrong one on the screen, and specifically corrected it before moving up to the window.
