What is happening during the midnight shift?? Been going thru the drive thru for years without a problem. In the last couple weeks I have to wait forever for someone to even answer the order board. I wait and wait and wait. Finally I start saying “hello” loudly. After a while I get a faint impatient “hi”. I order my coffee and proceed to the window. She takes my payment and hands me my coffee.
