Came in for a London Fog. The person who took my order started making it then left it to take more orders. I’m not sure if this is standard practices but another employee Joseph noticed me and chatted with me. Then asked if I was waiting for something to which I said yes a London fog. He found it half done, finished making it and offered an apology for taking a while. I appreciated his service and attention to detail very much. Great employee !
A woman who fills the orders for take out orders acts very inappropriately. I was picking up an order and she asked if had the right one to which I replied yes. And she's like "good job love you" in a weird joking condescending manner. This was my first interaction with this employee and now I don't even wanna go back to pick up orders or on my own personal time as obviously I feel uncomfortable now.
I just can't seem to get 2 orders in a row correct. No Chipotle, means NO CHIPOTLE. Why is that hard? And talk about missing items? Honestly, make a different choice, this branch is the WORST. THE WORST OF EVERY RESTAURANT, NOT JUST THE WORST TIMS LOCATION. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE because this team does not care they effed up and they do not care about your money. Too many chances, im done.
Best Tims in town thanks to the magnificent ***** staff 🤠. Always friendly and the fastest drive thru if you can get through the parking lot.
