No cars in line had to repeat order twice at the box and still didn’t get what I ordered at the pickup window. What a shame.
I don’t think great customer service includes getting dirty looks or attitude just for asking for an extra hash brown in my wrap — I’m the one giving you my money, after all. It would be really appreciated if drinks were made with a bit more care, including actually stirring them properly. If that’s too much to ask, maybe provide a stirring stick so customers can do it themselves. This Tim Hortons smells like not one employee has ever taken a shower. No one speaks English order is always wrong. Customer service is terrible cause nobody can understand what you’re saying and then even when your order is wrong and you go back up and try to tell them what’s wrong. They still don’t understand it. Do it wrong again. Google should start allowing zero star reviews
