This Tim Hortons is consistently getting worse and worse. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for soup. Yes, I realize that Tim Hortons offers better Service for their drive-through clientele than the ones who walk into the store to respect the drive-through lineup but today was absolutely ridiculous. Two bowls of soup and two coffees took over 10 minutes.
I've been to this Tim Hortons a few times and this is the second time I've been there and not had a great experience. This time I went through the drive-thru and my chicken bacon ranch wrap was wrapped in a wrap that was so thin, It basically fell apart. There was so much dressing on it. The meal felt like it was a liquid. The bacon seemed undercooked. The lettuce was wilted and the tomato mushy. All around. When a customer tells you there is very little mayonaise on their sandwich the proper thing to do would be give them some rather than treat them as though you did it when you didn't. Terrible service & customer service skills.
