“I come to this Tim Hortons almost every Saturday and Sunday, and it’s always a nice experience. The store is clean, the atmosphere is good, and the team usually works fast even when it’s busy. This time I ordered a steeped tea, but the person who made it didn’t pass it to me or call my order. After waiting, I went to ask, and Aman (or maybe Raman) stepped in to help. Good and fast service. Excellent people
Really bad service. We came for a drive thru and the person had no idea about what they were selling. It was also so hard to understand what she was trying to say with no effort to make it better, the person was mean, closed the door in a bad mood and made us feel like stupids. What a bad experience!!!!
