Last night (Friday, January, 9th) at 7:25 pm, I came through drive-thru and ordered a large London fog tea & a supreme stack sandwich. The service at the widow was pathetic. First, the girl that took my cash & made the tea showed very poor customer service. Second, the next girl who brought my sandwich to me was rude. She came to the drive-thru window and pushed the sandwich box into my hand. I politely asked for a bag and some napkins. She snapped that they don't have bags for sandwiches. Would love to have what I paid for. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. And barely got any cream cheese. About 1/4 ounce maybe a little more. No where near the 1 ounce that is supposed to be. Barely toast it. Really don't care about the 20 second times for the morning drive thru. Would like what I paid for.
