I have been visiting this Tim Hortons for years multiple times a week as we live in the neighbourhood. A few days ago we decided to hit the drive through on the way out of town. We had a small order of food and I ordered a coffee letting them know I had a free roll up coffee rim we got to the window and the bill seemed high so told her the coffee must have still been charged se told us no she took it off and kept the rim. This location has NEVER had steep tea ready at the drive thru. It seems like a pretty easy fix, but nope.
Amazing staff. Fast at drive-thru.
Food is great
Why bring back the roll up to win when every cup that I have had has "please play again"...clearly is just false advertising and a money hack to make easy money for the business. Plus the 2 east indian female employees couldn't understand my order and what I wanted in the drive thru, had to repeat myself several times, so was it a language barrier or just that they didnt really want to do there job ??
