This store location has gone to crap. The girls working the drive through are always rude and quick to get you out of drive through even though they never get your order right. Half the time the forget parts of my order and wait for me to drive away and I have to sit and wait for them to come back. Not only that the last time they gave me my coffee they gave me a cracked lid so when they passed me my coffee is spilt all over me. Went in to use washroom and had to wait to ask for key and employee went to open the door and keep the keep in back ,not sure why they need to keep doors lock but not impressed , and also while waiting the display case for donuts needed a cleaning because there was dead mosquitoes on top of it
This location is usually good, but ever since the renovations took place its been going downhill. I went in this morning, had to wait 3-4 minutes to order my food while the person behind the counter cashed themselves out before me or the person in front of me. I had to then wait another 3-4 minutes to get my tea, then another couple to get my wrap. Usually I would sit and eat but since I had to wait so long I put my wrap in my bag and got ready to leave.
