Awesome service. One of the best Timmies in North Bay
Food was hard, music taste harder, they have great music playing
I don’t come to this location often, but when I do it’s always the same unpleasant experience. The staff that work mid mornings (8-10am during the week) in drive thru are always so rude. Don’t say hello when you pull up to the window or goodbye when you leave, they are too busy having personal conversations amongst themselves which are usually inappropriate while serving a customer. Management should address the poor customer service. Super unprofessional to ignore and treat paying customers like that.
Service is slow, this morning the staff doing the front and mobile were too busy talking about personal things to fill the online order that was ordered at 815 for now, the ice cap and bagel were ready however the doughnuts were not As those staff were too busy talking
Happiest Tim Hortons ever! Thank you to the morning crew for starting my day with Coffee and a smile with great service.
