Placed a mobile order, waited 10 minutes with no employees manning the station. Had to leave for work with no product. The App would not refund my money nor would the manager when I returned the next day. Probably the worst managed Tim’s I have ever went to, 6 people standing and talking in the drive-through station … supervisor more interested in gossip then serving customers.
Just got an order from there and the lady blatantly lied to my face that the ice capp was mixed properly. I know for a fact it was cream in my ice capped as I am lactose intolerant. I taste it and asked for oat milk. When I called her on it she tried to tell me I was wrong. I will not support this location. I usually purchase drinks from twiggs, but I was trying to do something diffrent for my children. My stomach is upset and I have to go home from work because there is no honesty in this workplace Poor customer service.
Best Tim Hortons in town. Friendly staff, great food, and I always seem to get fresh coffee with tons of caramel in it. 😁👍 I may be 41, but I like my sweets.
