I am leaving this review for the manager here named Jason. This was Tuesday during the day around 12. It was extremely busy and he managed his team so kindly and effectively, educating his employees, helping to make the line go quicker, so kind and impressively calm in such fast paced environment. Well if you are having a good day and want to just ruin it with some stupidity just go talk to someone at this restaurant. I ordered a couple coffees and bagel through drive thru and went to the window, mind you waited 5-10 mins which I am okay with. Mean time I got a msg from a buddy asking for coffee, went to the window when my turn came and asked very politely if she can add a new coffee to that order, no you gotta go back to the drive thru and order again at the speaker, she said.
