I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members named Kassie, who had purple hair. She made a mistake with my order, and when I politely told her that the order was wrong, she became rude. She threw the money back toward me and said that we ordered incorrectly. We had asked for a medium tea, but she gave us a small. She kept insisting that we said small, even though we clearly said medium. She then told us we had to pay the difference, which we did not mind. This is for the new Tim Hortons that just opened at 6363 Lundy's Lane at Niagara falls , communication & service is pretty cool , food is all good , plenty of parking , people I met at other Tim Hortons are starting to show up , pretty cool !!!

I visited this Tim Hortons this morning around 7:15 a.m., and the service was very disappointing. There were three staff members at the front, and the store was not busy at all—neither inside nor at the drive-through. Despite this, I waited over five minutes just to have my order taken. After that, I had to wait even longer for two coffees. It appeared that the staff were prioritizing drive-through orders and completely ignoring walk-in customers.
