Brutally horrible service!! We have been to many Tim Horton stores and this one is the worst. We were ignored for at least five minutes by all the employees with no eye contact or a smile. We felt invisible. Finally got our sandwich and drink and got out of there quick. Shameful!!
i never been to this location of tim hortons before. It was such a worst experience. Customer service was very poor. The guy who took our order was so rude. This wasn’t the customer service which customer expects. My order number was 351. If you want i can discuss more about it.🤬
Been going to this tim hortons for a while and when I got two double stacked english muffins there was hair in them on two separate occasions and was very disappointed and disgusted.
We come to this location almost every day around 7:30 PM (3 regular customers, spend $30-$40 every day), and the service has become very disappointing. The senior Filipino male employee is consistently rude and even asked us when we were leaving while one of us was inside ordering. At only 7:30 PM, all the outdoor chairs had already been put away in the middle of summer. We also asked Komal for the manager, but she never got one.
