Very helpful staff
I posted a review about there being no chicken at 7 p.m., after Komal denied assistance. She later contacted me personally and asked me to delete the review, which I did. I don’t understand why she would contact customers directly. Now, whenever we go there, her behaviour feels very unwelcoming—she gossips on her headset, laughs, and walks away. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. None of them have name tag either.
