I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over a year because it’s the most convenient stop on my route, but the consistency here is honestly frustrating. At least 3 out of 5 visits, my order is either wrong or simple instructions aren’t followed. My husband also stops here and has the exact same experiences which makes me wonder how many others are lacking basic customer service. Great place to get a breakfast and a cup of Canadian coffee!
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small Ice Capp and an empty cup. The lady gave me the Ice Capp but forgot the empty cup. I think she might be having some issues because she often forgets things, and she can be a bit rude.
