Oct 29 2026, between 8:15 and 8:25, LG 3x3, LG pumpkin spice, 20 timbits. Yeah, if your employee literally walks away from the counter in the middle of taking my order, im not interested in coming back. I've worked in the service industry, and walking away in the middle of an order is repugnant. Good job that there's over a dozen other Timmies in the city. To the lady who completed the order, you have my thanks.

I am not impressed that my order was wrong three days in a row, the staff became defensive when I tried to talk to them about the mistakes in my order and then still managed to mess up a simple green tea with honey and received a spearmint tea instead on their third attempt. Don’t waste your time or money coming to the 442 Scenic Drive South location for anything, you are better off making it at home.

Went to this Tim Hortons and got a bagel and ordered extra cream cheese and again there was pretty much nothing on the bagel, I called and they replaced it and when I went to get it replaced once again when you pay for double there was still barely any put on to the bagel and so I've given up on this location.
