Just ordered through drivethru order was completely wrong then had to wait for them to remake the order not very professional
As an a visitor to this city. This by far is one of the worst Tim's I have been to in my travels. - Missing order item, not answering phone to question it. - waiting for 5 min in drive thru for even staff to acknowledge a customer. (3 staff in store, 1 customer in and 1 car ahead of me). Every year I visit the city and go to this Tim's location (convenient to where I'm staying) it's alway similar issues. Obviously, there a care factor issue, hence their Googlerating.
Bunch of crooks. Please be careful what was your actual order and what you are getting. Not happened only today usually it happens. My drive through order was jalapeno bagel and tea. At the window they received payment then the guy said sorry we don't have jalapeno bagel you can get any other. I choosed cinnamon raisin but I already paid for jalapeno bagel.
