One of the worst Tim’s in Kamloops!! I went in to order a coffee, waited 30 mins to even have someone look at me as they were busy with the drive through orders and I only saw 5 vehicles no customers in the place and 4 staff working. Then when I asked for some service (had to yell) someone came to me and said “what” I said “can I get a coffee” waited another 15 mins and walked out without my coffee or money. Never mind the only English spoken was “what” from the staff member! Waste of money and time highly don’t recommend.
Every time they tell you to pull around the front and wait. Then they take another 10 minutes for a simple order. They ask you to park right up front where there is limited room while you block in others who are trying to maneuver in and out of the parking stalls. You end up having to move and circle the parking lot. Booooo. Have given this location too many tries.
Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to nothing but issues, it needs to be gone and replaced with something else what a disgrace
Dirty bathrooms. Not open at 6am as advertised. Sticky dinning room and the managers are terrible
