Really really horrible customer service, and very suspect charging practices. This business needs to be investigated by the BBB and consumer standards.
My go to Tim hortons
I just left this morning. Ordered 2 hot drinks and 1 bottled peach juice. Was asked to park, no other cars behind me on a Saturday morning. I had asked her how long she said 2 minutes no problem. (I had to be somewhere in 10 min.) A guy came out and only had 2 drinks my bottled drink and the hot drinks. I let him know there should be 1 More drink and he thought person at window gave me my drink. So said he will be right back with our regular coffee. Easy the worst Tims in town. Perhaps the franchise owner should figure out why the drive thru is not busy at 7am. Also stop asking for us to have our payment ready. Its rude and unacceptable.
