I’m very disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. The staff are often impolite and seem unfamiliar with their own products. On multiple visits, my order has been made incorrectly and items I paid for were missing. The coffee quality is also very inconsistent, and overall the service experience has been poor. They rarely answer the phone, which makes it difficult to resolve issues with orders. Zoriya was such a joy this morning. I came in feeling down and she gave me a compliment on my sweater and made me smile. She's always so sweet to all the customers.
