I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Sonia! She provided the best customer service—friendly, professional, and efficient. Sonia greeted everyone with a smile and made sure each order was perfect. Her positive attitude really made my day.
This TimHorton’s has a good location but always not enough sitting area the odor is not good for the environment. Most of the time the staff are ignoring customers taking their time to take an order with very cold expressions serving you…
