I had a disappointing experience this morning at Tim Hortons. The staff member who served me seemed to be in a rush, with no greeting properly or basic courtesy. It felt very cold and unwelcoming—especially in the morning when a positive start matters. I understand mornings can be busy, but customer service should never be ignored. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression and affected the start of my day.
Was at your Montrose location, asked a simple question about the order today,felt like the woman working the drive thru was very rude and attacking me cause I questioned an order.. Maybe you should educate your staff about being rude to customers. I'm a senior and your location every morning , no longer will I do so. Tim's has changed, you really don't offer anything for seniors, maybe that's why many are moving over to McDonald's for their 1 dollar coffees .. Will not come to order any longer.
