I ordered by the drive thru a coffee and when I got to the payment point they charged me 3 drinks instead of one. They did the refund but the person who took the order said I was a liar because I “told them” 3. I understand mistakes happen and she could have heard wrong but it doesn’t give her a right to call people a liar
Absolutely horrible experience. there were 3 workers working but only one was taking orders and making food. the line was so long but I waited despite one being totally free and the other doing paper work and counting(which I understand but why was the other one not helping? there was another worker but she was handling the drive orders).
