I recently had a frustrating experience at Tim Hortons. I had a cilantro crispy chicken wrap from another location .After realizing the wrap wasn't what I expected, I decided to visit a nearby Tim Hortons for a quick service. Where i asked for a remake. After waiting in the drive-thru line, I was told that they couldn't remake food orders from other locations. This policy is incredibly inconvenient and left me feeling disregarded as a customer.
