Absolutely rude and terrible experience from this Tim’s. I’ve ordered soup from many others and this one burned me with spilled soup all throughout the bag, gave me the wrong bun after I asked for a large sandwich bun but apparently because I didn’t ask for a large artisan bun they had no idea what I was talking about. They did not give two shits that whoever put that soup in that bag did not lid it correctly. I will never be back as the male supervisor did a terrible job trying to fix this problem. Do better.
We went to this location early in the morning today and were met with Christine at the till! Not only was she already ready to take our order, she also greeted us with the best energy! Best experience I’ve had at a Tim’s so far. And the coffee is amazing! I got the XL coffee with 1m 1s and caramel toffee syrup if yall wanna try a great drink btw :)
Sometimes, it burns the coffee ,black coffee doesn't taste great
