Service has gone downhill. Getting the wrong order given to me more often and hopefully you like eggshells in your breakfast sandwich.
I’ve observed that many East Indian staff members I’ve interacted with don’t often use basic courtesies such as smiling, saying “please,” or “thank you.” For example, I greeted one employee with a smile, but she didn’t respond, and when my order was delivered, it felt as though my presence wasn’t acknowledged.
