I am repeatedly given coffee when asked for stepped tea. If I wanted coffee I’d ask. Definitely going to be finding a new location that actually listens.
Came at drive-thru for a coffee as always.. and asked for a coffee sleeve afterwards at window… The girl at the window said, “You didn’t say please.” In rude and unprofessional tone Customer service should be polite — not petty. Won’t be coming back.
