I was at the drive through this morning, ordered a small French vanilla and when I went to pay - the lady gave a large French vanilla, I said I ordered a small one. She gave me the change back and told me to keep the large. I said sorry I don’t drink a large. Then she said ‘ O my Goodness’. It was unfair to get upset at this. Great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. My order was prepared quickly and everything tasted fresh. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable too. Definitely one of my favorite Tim Hortons locations — I’ll be coming back again! ☕
