This was the most efficient, friendly Tim Hortons we visited on our travels. We did drive-through and staff person taking our order was quick and efficient. No line up and still by the time we pulled up to the window our drinks were ready and the lovely staffer was pleasant and friendly. Waited a moment for the toasted bagel which was actually toasted! Not always the case at other locations - half the time at some locations you get a cold bagel even when you ask for toasted. Well done staff!
This time hortons is the worst time hortons in Airdrie. Ordered mocha ice cap and they gave us some other iced coffee. One day we ordered wrap and they did not put enough sauces in that, taste was so bad. Third time we got donuts, those were also not good to taste, we ended up throwing in the garbage. Their staff needs training from beginning so that they can learn how to handle their customers Overall, poor customer service, zero food quality.
