I have ordered 5 vanilla ice coffees from there today, but when I get my order I have realized that i glasses just intails much of ice instead of coffee ( just about a single sip) … please get the staff aware about these things…
Orders a Egg n Cheese wrap in drive thru, saw it showed sausage Goes to window and tells the cashier I want egg and cheese not the sausage wrap Got home still ended up with sausage So stupid, how can you make a mistake even after the customer has confirmed the order And no they were not short staffed and I was the only person in drive thru And it’s not the first time it has happened Train your staff properly
