I have to say out of all the Tim’s I have been at this store is the best. It’s not very often you get a manager like Kamal she was very professional and courteous. She helped me with my order as she knew the menu inside and out while being incredibly efficient. Thank you for your help!
I just want to give a big shout-out to the evening shift team at Tim Hortons. I often stop by after a long day, and I’m always impressed with how friendly, fast, and professional the staff are!! Despite the rushes and the fact that they’re working during less glamorous hours, the evening crew keeps things running smoothly. I've literally just stood here watching a staff member take almost 10 minutes to slap together 1 sandwich while speaking feverishly with her colleague occasionally piecing together the sandwich between sentences, her colleague had to come over and do some of it for her because she was so busy talking. Also, I was the only customer in the store, I can see why that may be the case. This place used to have good service back when Charles ran it. It's gone to hell now. Avoid like the plague. I tired their blackberry uzu. I was like eww not gonna have that ever again it stays busy all the time so prefer to order online from app to avoid long queue but their best is ice coffee with espresso form and extra cream hits different but they don’t even have mirror in washrooms
