I asked for a grilled cheese around 10am and was told they can’t make it until 11am as that’s when their lunch starts. It’s just bread and cheese, which is always available, it’s not like I was asking for chicken that has to be cooked from frozen first in the oven. Any Tim Hortons I’ve ever requested a grilled cheese from before 11am (often) they have no problem doing that, and I used to work at Tim’s, I know they could’ve.
