Service is usually good. But the seats are ALWAYS full. Its AWAYS full with the big three. 1. Students filling up whole tables with laptops and books and a small coffee for hours. 2. Old people that have nothing better to do than sit there for hours with a small coffee. 3. homeless people that don't BUY ANYTHING! I've even seen people bring food in from the burrito place next door and sit down to eat. WHY CAN'T I EVER GET A SEAT? I EAT AND LEAVE, USALLY 10 MINUTES. Management looks like they checked out years ago.
