Ordering shouldn't be frustrating. The girl that works the speaker is extremely rude, doesn't even let me finish my order before blasting out "is that everything" over and over and over. I'm done with this disgusting customer service. Can't wait for Dunkins to arrive in Peterborough.

Tim Hortons is just NOT WORTH VISITING anymore. From one to the other, each franchise is either bad or worse- the inconsistency in service and food quality is deplorable. The food tastes like paper, coffee and tea tastes like hot water, the service is useless- they can't even get a simple order correct. Don't waste your money because it isn't even convenient either!
