I came in at around 5:30ish to get myself a sweet treat after work, I was greeted by a young girl who's name was Kaydance. Her service was amazing and really changed my look on my local tim hortons. She was happy to recommend some of your donuts that were new and was quick to serve me. Best service I have had in a while and they need more customer service workers just like Kaydance.
Awful experience. I ordered a iced coffee For pickup. But when i went there. They said they received any order and I already paid for it. Showed the receipt to the worker as well. But still she said no.
