I am extremely disappointed at the Tim Hortons on Kalar Rd yesterday evening . I ordered 3 Large Oreo Double Stuf Iced Capps through the mobile ordering service in advance and I still had to wait a extremely long time. The most frustrating thing was to watch a number of people that came after me get there drinks first. When I asked about my drink I received the response "I only have two hands."
