I have bought coffee from this Tim Hortons so many times hoping that maybe next time they will make it right, but no... maybe they don't understand the order or they just don't care about anyone. Ask for milk and they give cream, ask for cream and they give milk... please give the staff some training, please.

Have come to this location every Saturday for the past two year. In the past 2 months the service and quality of food has greatly declined ( half full soup / no bread for sandwiches). The staff are constantly arguing with each. Missing and messing up orders. There is a lot of new staff which maybe part of the adjust period. The tables are not cleared or cleaned and the floor always has visible debris and garbage on it. This used to be a nice place to enjoy lunch. The atmosphere and quality has taken a serious downgrade
If there ever was a community restaurant, this is it. From their Hockey Card Trade Nights, Harry Potter Trivia, Smile Cookies and Camp Day this restaurant always comes to bat for its community. Clean and it has an amazing Team!
2 September 10 40 am I ordered vanilla ice coffee with extra vanilla syrup Instead they didn’t even put any syrup in the coffee Maybe it’s someone leftover
