With the renovations it’s even worse than before. Dirty, garbage everywhere. Get some bigger garbage bins it looks like a mess all the time. And train your staff on customer service, the girls that work there always look half asleep and miserable
Nice cakes and coffee
Friendly service and a great selection of donuts! My drink order wasn’t made correctly at first, and when I politely asked if it could be remade, the staff was very accommodating. They initially adjusted the original drink, and when it still wasn’t quite right, they made a completely new one without any issue. Everyone was kind and professional throughout the process. Once corrected, the drink was excellent. I really appreciated their willingness to make it right.
팀홀튼 너무 잘마셨네요. 분위기는 조금 실망했어요. 한국에서 갔을땐 엄청 핫했는데 캐나다에서 먹는 원조 팀홀튼은 호텔내부에 있어서 그런지 그냥그랬어요. 그래도 나와서 나이아가라폴스를 보면서 너무 시원하게 잘 먹었어요. 최고입니다!
