Pick up location for online/mobile order is not clear, and staff is not helpful ( they just point and do not attempt to assist).... just for a berry muffin (it was ok) Separate cappuccino order for husband; was not good.
Whilst in Canada this was our favourite Tim Hortons. It is located in the food court at tge casino. They had the biggest selection of the stores we used. We especially liked the yoghurt, oats and berries along with the fruit juice and the cinnamon and raison bagels.
Workers are usually pleasant to deal with, customer service isn’t the issue. Chunks missing out of my bagel are the issue. And them throwing away perfectly good food at 11pm when previously the food would be kept overnight until 4/5am leaving many staff without an option for food. All these changes have been within the past few months, unsure if there’s been a change in management or ownership but something/someone gone and ruined this Tim Hortons.
