I ordered potato wedges on the app and was told by the staff that it would take 15 minutes. They offered a donut as a substitute, which I declined, and I clearly asked for a refund instead. The staff then told me they could not issue a refund and said I had to get it refunded by myself. I later found the official Tim Hortons refund instructions on the website and showed instruction to the staff in person, but they refused to acknowledge it and told me leave the counter.
