Ask for no plain timbits and get half a box of plain. Ask for extra pump of brown sugar and get no flavour. Other than the older lady at the window this store doesn't listen. So unfortunate, its not a difficult job, I actually miss the teenagers that used to have these jobs. Update: the lady at the window is amazing and handles all customer issues. Identified this review and made sure to fix things.

5 stars for the service I receive every morning from the lovely lady at the window. She’s always so kind and if my order gets messed up, she always makes sure it gets fixed! I’m convinced she’s the one that keeps this place running smoothly. Shoutout to her

I ordered a Large Iced Capp, instead when I got it, I got a Medium Iced Capp inside a Large Iced Capp cup. I paid for a Large Iced Capp, not a Medium, I would expect it to be a Large. Please teach your workers how to make proper Large Iced Capp’s because this was a waste of my money

they spent money all their money on renovations and hired less than stellar staff. Their service is horrible now and their parking lot will ruin your car.
