Placed a $25 order but forgot to add a Medium Coffee. When I got to the window I apologized and asked could I please add a medium coffee, I was rudely told NO we don’t allow any add ons at the window. I said I’ve never heard this rule before and they said too bad it’s there rules and I can go back around. Manager at this location is horrible, consistently leaves employees to run the business alone while they twirl their fingers. Waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru to have an order placed. The poor employee mentioned that she was alone (as always whenever i go there) and the managers clearly do not know how to manage their employee schedules to give extra hands.

I go to this tim hortons often staff is nice and friendly. Marci at the drive thru is a sweet heart always smiling and goes above and beyond for her customers.
