Not a pleasant experience. The store didn’t feel clean and the overall environment made it difficult to stay. I hope management works on improving the condition of the dining area.

We've had the bagels with cream cheese numerous times, but these last few times there's barely any cream cheese on the bagel. They put it on like butter instead of a cream cheese spread. Called and spoke with the manager and I'm just told it's a flat scoop that they put on and that's what they're supposed to do. It's sad, but there's two less people ordering from that location now.

I give this tim hortons a 5 star! I'd perfure to give a 10 star for everything! I have no problems with this restaurant there are two workers there that does a 10 star on everything these to people are usually there every day working harder then normal! I see the 1 female basically everyday multiple times a day and she bust her butt making the BEST food that tim hortons can make! The BEST Tripple tripples that should ever be!! While staying at a nearby hotel, I visited this Tim Hortons on multiple days for the same order - an Iced Coffee with LESS ice. I’m not sure how half a cup of ice is considered LESS. I really don’t think the employee at drive-thru even listened to my order. Disappointing. ☕️❄️
