Unfortunately, the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons is really slow. Even for a simple coffee, you have to wait a long time in line. This has happened multiple times. The coffee is good, but the long wait makes the experience frustrating. I hope they work on improving the speed of service.
Fast friendly service
Known for being the WORST Tim’s in the city. The Indian woman with the thick accent who usually takes our order is very short and gets our order wrong often. Today I ordered a plain toasted bagel and a 2 cream 1 sugar. I knew this would be too complicated. What I got was a 3 cream coffee and half warm half cold plain bagel. It’s the closest Tim’s to us and we ALWAYS regret going here out of convenience,
I've been going to this time Hortons all my life and have always been an exceptional customer always polite always tip. Recently hired a young lady m, been there about a year, she's always rude and short, messes up orders all the time and refuses to fix items claiming it was my fault, even tho I've been ordering the same things for 20 years.
