Unlike a couple other Tim Hortons here in Kamloops, this location is generally fairly quick with getting your order to you. I gave the service only 3/5 stars as one time when I was there, a girl was clearly grumpy and threw my Timbits on the table rather harshly instead of handing them to me; I wouldnt hold it against this location, however.
Order a caramel frappe, they gave me a frappe, without a caramel toppings, if i did not asked they won't put it? And the guy who served it to me was the Manager! Helloo Manager do you know what you are serving to your customer's?
We had a good experience on a busy morning. Serge provided fantastic service with a smile.
Clean and efficient
Has to be one of the worst tim hortons in the town, service is pathetic , staff is rude and their food is always cold and when you ask for replacement their attitude sucks
