I’ve been getting my coffee here almost every morning for the past 4 years, and unfortunately, this has consistently been one of the worst stores when it comes to customer service. I only continue coming here because it’s the closest location to my work. Honestly, I hate coming here because of the way customers are treated. However, I have to give credit where it’s due. Went through the drive-through for something quick during provincals for my son. 1) order pepperoni pizza - was given chicken 2) ordered cilantro lime veggie wrap - was given chipotle. Wedges were soggy and was asked to wait at the drive through speaker so they could check if they had the order ???

Great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were friendly and the service was great. Our order was Made wrong on Drive thru,An employee named Geetansh was very helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service while handling the situation . Definitely made my visit better!
